Trade Exhibitors

We are delighted to advise you that after the success of last year’s show Discover Dogs will again be held in Earls Court One on Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 November. We are very grateful to Royal Canin who will be continuing their sponsorship of the show.

There will again be an emphasis on healthy, happy dogs living with responsible owners and new this year will be a seminar area with various

guest speakers giving talks and demonstrations related to this theme.

Once again there will be an area dedicated solely for Companion Dog Club Competitions. This is in addition to the very popular Discover Dogs attraction where visitors can meet dogs and owners of over 200 different breeds.

Another very popular event is the final of the Scruffts Competition, this year sponsored for the first time by James Wellbeloved. Heats are held all over the country, throughout the year to find the best family crossbreed dog with the grand final being held on Saturday 13 November. This takes place in the main ring where displays of agility, heelwork to music, and many more attractions also take place over the two days.

You can look at the hall plan online from last year to give you an idea of the layout of the show. The layout will remain largely unchanged though it will be subject to some alteration. If you have a preferred location you can indicate this when you return your application and we will endeavour to accommodate any requests.
Please note that we will not be able to enter into any discussion regarding your position prior to allocation, which will not commence until after the closing date on 30th July and will take some weeks to complete. First preference will be given to exhibitors who attended last year’s show and to applications received before the closing date.

The following stand types are available:

Option 1
Island site (space only) – this is for a stand with gangway to four sides for those who wish to build their own independent stand design.

Option 2
Island site (with shell scheme package) – this is for those who wish to have a gangway on all four sides but includes modular shell scheme package.

Option 3
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and can be 3 sides open. The price of this stand includes the Modular shell scheme package.

Option 4
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and will be 2 sides open. The price of this stand includes the modular shell scheme package.

Option 5
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and will be 1 side open. The price of this stand includes the modular shell scheme package.

Please ensure you book enough space for all your stock and displays as overflowing of space into the gangways will not be permitted under any circumstances. If this does occur there may be charges for additional space levied on site.

Please note that application forms without a deposit enclosed will not be accepted. The deposit will only be cashed if we are able to offer you stand space.
