Discover Dogs 2009 Trade Stand Stands List


We are delighted to advise you that after 13 years in Earls Court Two we are moving into the larger hall next door – Earls Court One.

 

The show will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 14th and 15th November. As well as all the favourite attractions of past years the new show will also include The Kennel Club Health Zone and an area solely for Companion Dog Club Competitions. A copy of our Marketing Plan is available for your information.

You also will find attached a trade stand application below which should not be completed without referring to the Terms and Conditions. Details of our marketing plan are also below.

A first draft of the plan is attached below on which the main proposed trade areas are marked. There will be other areas available but these will not be known until the final layout is confirmed. The majority of trade stand space has now been allocated but there is some limited availability so although the closing date for applications was 17th July you can still apply should you wish to do so.

The following stand types are available:-

Option 1
Island site (space only) – this is for a stand with gangway to four sides for those who wish to build their own independent stand design.

Option 2
Island site (with shell scheme package) – this is for those who wish to have a gangway on all four sides but includes modular shell scheme package  

Option 3
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and can be 3 sides open. The price of this stand includes the Modular shell scheme package 

Option 4
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and will be 2 sides open. The price of this stand includes the modular shell scheme package.

Option 5
‘Other’ site which will be attached to another stand and will be 1 side open. The price of this stand includes the modular shell scheme package.

We look forward to receiving your completed application form and deposit. Please note that application forms without a deposit enclosed will not be accepted. The deposit will only be cashed if we are able to offer you stand space.
