DOGS, dogs and simply more dogs!

There’s only one thing we could be talking about and that’s Discover Dogs – the hugely popular event held annually at Earls Court in London.

Celebrating its thirteenth year in 2008, Discover Dogs is one of the highlights of the canine calendar.

Look out for great coverage of the event on Horse & Country TV. The team were there to capture the fun and frolics of the event and also the many educational aspects of the show, highlighting the care and welfare required when owning a dog.

Explains Justin Albert of H&CTV: “We were delighted to film at Discover Dogs - thanks to the Kennel Club, organisers of this wonderful event, we were able to develop programmes that show the great enjoyment dogs bring to so many people as well as explaining what it takes to look after dogs properly and the knowledge required.”

Said Caroline Kisko, Kennel Club spokesperson: “This year’s Discover Dogs was a great success; really cementing the show as London’s leading canine event. With an increase in paying visitors coming through the gate it was a great opportunity for the Kennel Club to showcase the world of dogs and promote the importance of responsible dog ownership as well as conveying important messages on buying a healthy, happy dog from a reputable breeder.”

New and exciting competitions and activities took place alongside a range of traditional crowd favourites to attract dog lovers in their thousands from all over the country.
